Toby Dore' The Cajun Traveler

I’m The Cajun Traveler...

Hello, I’m Dr. Toby Doré, widely known as The Cajun Traveler. As a University Professor who teaches online, I’m fortunate to have the flexibility to explore the world far more than most. With over 55 countries under my belt, I’ve experienced a range of travel styles—from solo trips to staying in hostels, with friends, and in Airbnbs. My passion for travel also led me to become an Airbnb host myself, and you can check out my properties at Cajun Stays.

What began as casual updates for friends on Facebook turned into a journey of storytelling that inspired me to start this travel blog. Here, you’ll find travel tips, personal stories, vibrant photos, and engaging video shorts capturing the best moments from my adventures. This blog will grow alongside my travels, sharing both past and future adventures as I continue exploring. I hope you enjoy following along and discovering new destinations with me!
